Shipping and Delivery

Free Standard Delivery

We offers FREE Standard Delivery to most countries. We use reputable logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Quantium, SF Express) to ship our products. We offer 2 delivery options:

(1) Standard Courier is FREE for all local and international orders and it takes approximately 7 - 14 working days to reach you from the time you receive shipment notification.

(2) Express Courier is available at an additional charge and it takes approximately 3 - 5 working days to reach you from the time you receive shipment notification.

Processing Time

Provided the item you purchased is in stock, orders received, Monday through Friday, are generally processed within 48 hours. Larger orders may take slightly more time to process. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. We may ship large orders in more than one package.

Once the order is processed, the shipping method you choose will determine the shipping times. Shipping times are approximate and should be calculated from the time you receive shipment notification and not from the time you place your order.

Track Your Order

You will be notified of multiple shipments via an email shipping confirmation, and all available tracking numbers will be provided to you. You may also click here to check your order. All packages will ship via a traceable method, and the transaction will be considered complete upon delivery confirmation.

Out Of Stock

We will do our best to fill your order as quickly as possible. However, there may be times when the item you ordered is not available. We will notify you of any stock issues as soon as possible. You will have the opportunity to select another item, or that particular section of your order will be cancelled and refunded.

What are Duty and Tax and why should I pay?

Please be noted that most of our product will be shipped from the warehouses located in Hong Kong / Shenzhen, China. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; POLARYAK has no control over these charges, nor can POLARYAK predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We will not falsify the true cost value of the items in your order. Items will be shipped as merchandise, not gifts.

Why I can’t select my country when trying to make an order?

We are trying to cover as many countries as possible. If you can’t select your country, it means your country is not available at the moment. Should you need any help, please contact ship@polaryak.com.

Shipping to APOs and FPOs (Military Bases)

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

A lost package is one that does not show confirmed delivery via the tracking number. If your tracking number shows the package as delivered, insurance will not cover the loss. If you have any issues receiving packages at your location, you should inform us BEFORE making any order.

If your package's tracking number is showing as delivered, but you have not received the package, please contact us in 72 hours.

免費標準送貨服務

本公司向大多數國家/地區提供全球免費的標準送貨服務,並選用具信譽的物流合作夥伴。本公司提供以下2種送貨方式:

  1. 本地和國際訂單若選用標準速遞服務,運費全免。客戶從收到派遞通知之日起計,送貨日數約為7-14個工作天。
  2. 若選用特快速遞服務,需收取額外運費。客戶從收到派遞通知之日起計,送貨日數約為3-5個工作天。

處理時間

若購買的產品有庫存,則通常在48小時內處理星期一至星期五收到的訂單;數量較大的訂單可能需要較多時間處理。周末及節假日的訂單將在下一個工作天處理。本公司可能會以一個以上的包裹運送數量較大的訂單。

當處理訂單後,客戶選擇的送貨方式將影響運送時間。運送時間應從收到派遞通知的時間起計,而不是從下訂單的時間起計。

追蹤訂單

本公司將通過電子郵件確認客戶的貨件訂單,遂向客戶提供貨件追蹤號。閣下亦可以點擊此處查閱訂單。所有貨件將通過可追蹤的方式發貨,並在確認交付後,交易將被視為完成。

缺貨

本公司將盡快處理客戶的訂單,但當產品缺貨時,我司將盡快通知閣下。客戶亦可選擇其他產品,否則訂單將被取消並獲退款。

什麼是關稅及稅額?為什麼我需要繳交相關費用?

本公司大多數貨件將從香港或深圳的貨倉發貨。若收貨人是已登記的進口商,則必須遵守目的地國家/地區的所有法律和法規。若收貨人選用跨國運輸,則可能需要繳交此類進口稅、關稅和相關費用,收貨人亦必須支付清關的額外費用,本公司無法控制和估算相關費用。各地海關政策有所不同,客戶可與當地海關聯繫以獲取更多信息。另外,若貨件需要進行清關程序,付運可能會導致延誤,或超出預計的付運時間。我司絕不偽造訂單中商品的真實成本價格。貨件將作為商品運輸而非禮物運輸。

為什麼在下訂單時,不能選擇自己的國家?

遺失、被盜或損壞

‍遺失的貨件是指未能通過貨件追蹤號確認的包裹。若客戶的追蹤號顯示包裹已被送達,保險將不承保損失。若閣下在當地收到貨件時發現有任何問題,請立即通知本公司。

若貨件追蹤號顯示為已交付,但客戶尚未收到包裹,請在72小時內與本公司聯繫。
